T1 at Augarten

Falstaff presents
the T1 at Augarten.

Roland Trettl cooked live in the Augarten Porcelain Manufactory: Wolfgang Rosam, the publisher of Falstaff, and Thomas König, director of the Augarten Porcelain Manufactory in Vienna, invited selected guests to the official unveiling of the Lohberger T1.

The Who's Who of the Viennese architecture and construction scene met in the finishing area of the Augarten Porcelain Manufactory. Thomas König, director of the Augarten Porcelain Manufactory, led guests through the factory, which still today produces porcelain that is cast, moulded, glazed and painted – all by hand. The highlight was the live cooking demonstration by Roland Trettl, wherein he put the capabilities of T1 to the test, and presented the exclusive group with a one-of-a-kind meal.

Manfred Huber, managing director of Lohberger, on the fascination of the T1: “It combines the best of both worlds: professional technology and design. The times are changing, society is changing. Everything is faster, cheaper, digital and superficial. What is important for us is to give customers true added value, irrespective of price; to fascinate them, to make the quality noticeable at home or in a professional kitchen.”
