The German Design Award honours innovative products, their manufacturers and designers, who have made pionieering contributions to the German and international design landscape. He identifies and presents unique design trends: a competition that advances the design-oriented industrie - especially the winners.

The German Design Award Council, the expert for brand and design in Germany, bestows the German Design Award. Comissioned by the highest outhority to represent new developments in the German design industry.

Those nominated for the German Design Award have already managed to successfully set themselves apart from the masses and are subsequently entitled to compete with the finest in the fielt of product design. The nomination of the T1 unterlines the uniqueness of this product: professional technology and design.

The jury session is on 21st and 22nd of July 2016. The winners will be announced in August.
